These requirements cover single and double wall cylindrical horizontal steel non pressure tanks that are used for the aboveground storage of flammable liquids and combustible liquids such as gasoline, fuel oil, or similar products with a relative density not greater than 1.0.These requirements cover single wall tanks and double wall tanks.These requirements cover tanks which are fabricated, inspected and tested for leakage before shipment from the factory.These requirements do not cover tanks of capacities greater than 200 000 L.
