The intention of this document is to provide acontribution whose scope is limited to the physical layer specification for Out-Of-Band cable system. Specificationsof MAC Layer and Link Layer are also provided for the Aloha implementation. The latter should be updated in thefuture, recognizing the potential adaptation of DOCSIS MAC Layer Specification [3].
