This Practice provides mechanical design and fabrication requirements for shell-and-tube heat exchangers constructed in accordance with TEMA Standards of the Tubular Exchangers Manufacturers Association and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division 1 or Division 2, henceforth referred to as the Code.
