Maintenance of DOT-4L and TC-4LM liquid cylinders requires periodic evacuation of the annular space. Internal heating of the cylinder is a common practice in this evacuation process. TB-30 provides guidelines regarding the maximum heating temperatures for these cylinders during maintenance.
