This standard is intended to provide a common basis for evaluating the safety, durability, andstructural performance of vertical files. The standard defines tests used to determine theacceptability of the product and specifies the acceptance levels of performance. Theacceptance levels are based on the actual field and test experience of BIFMA Internationalmembers.
