Sets out a method of testing complete, filled transport packages for compression resistance. A superimposed load or a compression tester is used to assess the performance of packages in terms of strength or of the protection offered to the contents when subjected to compressive forces. Technically identical with ISO 2234-3, ISO 2872-7 and ISO 2874-9.
