This evaluation procedure is intended as an alternative to the visual method of Evaluation Procedure 1, Gray Scale for Color Change, for assessing the change in color of a test specimen. It is applicable to any test method referring to Gray Scale except those which involve treatment with solutions containing fluorescent whitening agents (FWA).
